VillaHus.co.uk has chosen to distribute via Post Danmark as they have proven to be the supplier with the greatest customer satisfaction - seen from the end-users, but also from the supplier's side. The party who supplies the shipment is after all part of the overall shopping experience. We promise to ship your goods no later than the day after you order so you have the item 2-3 days after your order.
If there is a merchandise sold out and ordered at home, it usually takes 4-5 weeks to get it back in stock. When ordering, we will first deduct the amount from your account when the item is in stock - and we have then sent it to you.
If you buy over 1,500 DKK, the freight is free for you. For purchases of less than 1,500 DKK we charge a minimum of DKK 29 in postage.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can examine the product in the same way as if you examined it in a physical store. If the product is examined in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the product's commercial value.

Repayment of purchase amount

If there is anything wrong with the product (warranty)
