At www.villahus.co.uk you can pay with Dankort, Visa Master Card, American Express, PayPal or via bank transfer. No fee is charged for payment on the webshop. The amount is only deducted from your card when the goods are sent from VillaHus, and a larger amount can never be deducted than the one you have approved at the time of purchase.
If at any time a dispute arises between you (the buyer) and us (the seller), it will be tried by Danish law and in a Danish court.

At VillaHus, we have chosen to distribute via Postnord and GLS, as these companies have proven to be the suppliers with the greatest customer satisfaction. We promise to ship your items no later than the day after you order them in order for you to receive your order 12-14 days after ordering.
If you have ordered an item that is sold out, we have to make a special order for it, which takes 4-5 weeks, typically . When ordering items, we only deduct the amount from your account when the item has arrived in stock and we have sent it to you.
60 day right of return
When you shop at VillaHus you have:

- 14-day right of return on ordered goods
- No right of return on surface-treated goods or special orders
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs incurred in returning the item. Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
The Condition of the Product When You Return It
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can examine the product in the same way as if you examined it in a physical store. If the product is examined in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a part or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the product's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can do at a physical store. You must investigate the product, but do not take it into direct use.
Repayment of Purchase Amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you (but not additional costs if you have chosen a different form of delivery than the standard delivery we offer). However, this must be done without undue delay and no later than after 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel your purchase.
We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.
In the case of withdrawal of an order item that we have had produced and brought home, we will not refund the amount, but offer you a voucher, which you can use for everything else in our shop or in our physical store.

If There is Anything Wrong With the Product (Warranty)
The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to goods purchases. When you shop at www.villahus.co.uk, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
How Quickly do I Advertise?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
